The One Step One Change Training Academy focuses on providing students with comprehensive training and practical knowledge to excel in various customer-oriented industries. Our programs aim to develop individuals' interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving techniques to ensure exceptional employment and customer experiences. Curriculum will equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in customer-focused industries while emphasizing hands-on training, real-world scenarios, and industry best practices to develop well-rounded service professionals.


Our programming is designed to be completed in less than six months, allowing participants to quickly gain valuable skills and enter the job market.


Industry Specific Course Modules may include:


  • Introduction to Customer Service: This module provides an overview of customer service principles, including the importance of customer satisfaction, effective communication, and building positive relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Students learn various communication techniques, such as active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, and adapting communication styles to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: This module focuses on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students learn strategies to handle customer complaints, diffuse challenging situations, and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the products or services being offered is crucial in providing excellent customer service. Students gain in-depth knowledge about the industry-specific products, features, and benefits to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Customer Relationship Management: This module explores strategies for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Topics covered include customer loyalty, customer retention techniques, and managing customer expectations.
  • Technology and Customer Service: In today's digital age, technology plays a significant role in customer service. Students learn to leverage various tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, live chat systems, and social media platforms, to enhance customer interactions and support.
  • Professionalism and Ethics: This module focuses on instilling professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in students. They learn about confidentiality, privacy, handling sensitive information, and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Practical Training and Internship: The program incorporates hands-on training opportunities and internships with local businesses, allowing students to apply their skills in a real-world environment. This experience provides valuable industry exposure and enhances employability.


Career Opportunities: Upon completion of the program, graduates can pursue  service roles in a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, call centers, banking, healthcare, cosmetelogy, and e-commerce. Potential job titles may include customer service representative, client relations specialist, guest services associate, cosmetologist assistant, and greeters.
