One Step One Change Foundation programming offers one on one mentoring, peer group activities, vocational skills development, educational resources, and housing options for those with neurodiverse capabilities.
Housing – We offer housing options and resources for individuals with autistic, intellectual, developmental, and mental health disorders who may need behavioral and social support..
Awareness Events – We support and organize community activities in adaptive environments that keep our participants socially engaged and appreciated.
Case Management Plans – Each participant follows a developmentally appropriate comprehensive case management plan that directs their monitoring, supervision and activity programming while incorporating treatment plan goals.
Day Program Activities – We facilitate day programming that includes self care skills, responsible interactions, community integration activities and behavioral management.
